Q.  Are there any discounts if I enrol in more than one workshop/ programme?

A.   Additional $5 off - for a group of 2 or more enrolling together for the same workshop OR those

      who enrol for more than one programme at the same time. 

       (*Discounts are not applicable with any other promotional rates.)

Q.  What is the class size?

A.   Although all programmes are conducted online so there are no restrictions on the numbers, we

      are keeping the class to a max of 12 participants per workshop to ensure that participants will

      get the attention needed.

Q.  Who are the instructors?

A.  Every class is taught by a trained Instructor.

Q.  Where are the programmes conducted?

A.   All programmes are conducted at :  Agora Co-Learning Spaces

                                                              #04-01 Maritime Square, Harbourfront Centre

                                                              Singapore 099253 (Access via Lift Lobby C)

              

Q.  Will PC, Laptops or Tablets be required for the Robotics Programme?

A.   Yes.  All Robotics Programme participants will be required to have access to a laptop or PC.

Q.  What is the refund policy for the cancellation of my registration?

A.   All cancellations will incur a cancellation fee:

       - Cancellations notification of 7 or more working days before the first day of the programme

          will incur a 20% cancellation fee on the programme fee.

       - Cancellations notification of less than 7 working days before the first day of the programme

          will incur 50% of the programme fee.

       - There will be no refund for cancellation notification received once the programme

         commences.

Q.  Is there a replacement class or refund if my child is sick after attending a day or two of the

     programme?

A.   Unfortunately, there is no replacement or pro-rated refund of fee for any missed sessions.
