Fees must be paid upon registration. Registration must be completed at least 3 business days prior to the start of the programme. If the programme enrollment does not meet the minimum requirement and has to be cancelled, all fees paid will be refunded in full.
2.There will be strictly no refunds or prorated credits for participant's cancellations or partial attendance to a
programme session or missed days.
3.Kaesac Learning Centre, their employees and agents shall be under no liability whatsoever to any person in respect
of accidental happenings or injuries sustained, suffered, damaged and/ or loss to property or goods howsoever
sustained or caused while in participation of the programme.
4.Programme participants may be filmed or photographed during classroom or outdoor activities. By accepting our
terms and conditions, the participant accepts that Kaesac Learning Centre can freely use all photography and film
created during the programme, without asking further approval from the participant. Kaesac Learning Centre
reserves all rights to images and footages.
5.You give your consent to the collection, use, processing and disclosure of personal data in this registration
form, provided that at all times any collection, use, processing or disclosure of personal data is done lawfully and
fairly in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Act No. 26 of 2012). You also consent to Kaesac
Learning Centre's issuing promotional materials to your email address as provided.
By submitting this form to register for a programme, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions stated above.
